Spirotome Cervicore

The Spirotome is a unique tool for retrieving high quality tissue samples. The two stage process involves capturing the lesion core to be sampled, and then cutting the core free using a scissor action by rotating and advancing the cannula.

Spirotome Cervicore provides much greater comfort and tolerance from patients, as the device operates within the anaesthetised region alone. Thus there is no clamping to cause patient discomfort.

Spirotome Cervicore also retrieves samples from the submucosal layers, allowing invasion of the lesion to be assessed.
